I felt absolutely no pressure to buy while I was there or to buy at all. Andreas helped me decide from among several available cars on the lot. I had many questions during my research for a new Tiguan, and Marc was very helpful in making my decision easier. When I decided to purchase the Tiguan, the entire process was very easy. Marc explained the purchase steps that needed to be completed, and took care of all of my paperwork for the RMV, my insurance, and several others. Previously I have had very negative vehicle purchases, but dealing with Marc at Wellesley VW, this has been an entirely different experience.
