I originally signed a lease for a different model than I purchased. I had second thoughts that night, emailed him the next morning, and the next day had the vehicle that met all my needs available to me ready to test drive as soon as I got out of work. He patiently explained all the differences in the models, and calmly asked me questions making sure I chose the model that met all of my needs. Definitely no pressure at any time, only thoughtful conversation. He also went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with all when the scheduled time we picked up the car needed to be changed for reasons not in his control, and he met me at the door with a gift of a Volkswagen shirt apologizing I had to delay the pickup by one day. I recommend Marc as a person you want to work with as he will always have your best interests at heart. More

When we went we were greeted by Marc S. and looked a few options we had seen online. My wife and I both took a test drive while Marc explained the basics. He showed us what they had on the lot and helped us weigh the pros and cons of the different colors and options available. Marc worked with us on price and financing and I'd say we got a really fair deal. Picked up the car and he walked us through all the features for about 20 minutes. All-in-all a pretty good experience. I really appreciated that he didn't lay on the sales talk. He knew we were interested in a particular car and talked to us like normal people - no overselling. I'm very happy with how it all went. I definitely recommend meeting with the team there if you're looking for a Volkswagen. More
