After learning from general scuttlebutt that the Wellesley Volkswagen, and Kevin Mullin lived up to our expectations with most surprising precision. After learning from general scuttlebutt that the Golf Alltrack with standard transmission would be several months in the pipeline at best, they had the very car, exterior and interior colors my husband wanted, on the lot and ready to drive away…. Which we did, most happily. This is a fun car to drive, excellent maneuverability, with great visibility. I’d just as soon ignore many of the high tech perks, (Kevin made sure we understood what they were and how they worked) but that rearview image is quite reassuring when one has to back out of an unfamiliar hilly driveway at night. More
