Adam, Our Service Manager Mike Kandalaft reached out to you a few times by phone and email to apologize and has not heard back thus far. Below is an email that Mike K ( different than the Mike you dealt with) " First and foremost is that I would like to take the opportunity to sincerely apologize on behalf of our dealership for the negative service experience that you had with us We fell short in several aspects of this visit, and I want you to know that this is not the way that we do business. The service consultant that you had been working with is no longer with our company, and the approach that he took regarding this matter was the exact opposite of how we have trained and cultured our staff to handle these type of situations You will see from our several positive online reviews that we have built our business foundation on customer satisfaction and will do anything in our power to make every experience a positive one.
