Overall very good. Took longer than expected but Sam kept me informed about the progress. I like the iD4 and have recommended it to several people. People are pleasant and knowledgeable. I was given a loaner because of the delay. I was asked to return it with the same amount of gas. I returned it with more gas than I was given (my vehicle was returned with less power on the battery. So a disconnect from your expectation of the customer and you treatment of the customer. Also the loaner was not clean). More
