I have a lot going on in my life and it was just so nice for Drew to be so upbeat and pleasant to deal with. When I was picking up my car after it's 30K check I joked did he also fix the dent I have. At that second oil change they reminded me about the maintenance items and after checking with my warranty service we got the car in and Drew took care of everything under the warranty.
