Yearly inspection When I arrived around 9:50 for appointment at 10:00am I asked how long it would take and was told about 45 minutes. Around 11:05 Jessica came out and told me my car needed some things to pass inspection and I asked if I could see the exhaust leak which she want me a video for. I told her that I would have to wait a week or so to get the tie rod and alignment done. The exhaust I would have done at the place that made my 2 exhaust pipes going into the two mufflers cuase that was cheaper. She said ok they are just going to wash it wand bring it out. So I waited and was finally pulling out of dealership at 11:54am. I did have to be in Salem N.H. around 12 pm which I had to cancel due to the fact that I was told about 45 minutes and I was there for 2hrs for a inspection. Service advisor should come out and let customers know that it will be longer than originally told. I think I spoke with the sales people more than the service advisor. More

I had a scheduled appointment for Saturday, August 17th bu John O'Brien, the Service Manager and the Service Department at Werner Mazda was excellent. I had a scheduled appointment for Saturday, August 17th but on Tuesday night August August 13th my 2018 Mazda CX5 experienced an electrical problem that made the vehicle unsafe to drive. I called Werner Mazda and was informed by the person that answered the phone after a brief hold that John said that I was to have the vehicle towed to their dealership that morning. He suggested that I call Mazda Customer Service as my vehicle was still under warranty and the tow would be free. I decided to go with AAA as I have AAA plus and the tow was also free. John made arrangements for a loaner vehicle, informed me when they diagnosed the problem ordered the part and performed the originally scheduled service, and resolved the electrical issue. I had my Mazda back on Thursday night. More
