Really efficient! I made an appointment for my inspection. From the time I drove into the service department to the time I left was 46 minutes. They were efficient and I made an appointment for my inspection. From the time I drove into the service department to the time I left was 46 minutes. I had this dealership take a look at my vehicle as I believed it was having transmission issues, it turns out that it was not, but one of the things they told me they wanted to replace was a "leaky valve cover gasket" and it would be $182.00. Before having any work done I had my father who has been an automotive technician for over 30 years take a look at it, and it turns out there was nothing wrong with the valve cover gasket. They blatantly lied to me to make money off an unneeded repair, likely assuming they could get away with it as I am a 23 year old female. More
