On top of this I called the Manager at Gerber Collision and aired my frustrations on the lack of QC offered to my truck while in their possession. All they can say is "I'll pay for it to be detailed!" Hello! It was just painted, you not supposed to wash and wax the vehicle for 30 days! What good is that to the problem YOU caused! Then wanted to blame a fire in a neighborhood nearby causing ash to get on vehicles. Strike 2. Your painting vehicles, they are not supposed to be outside in the dirt! Then they claimed, we had to "squeeze you vehicle in". Strike 3. I've had an appoinment for over 2 months waiting for Gerber to have an opening, and then when you get it, you half-ass squeeze it in!?
