I purchased a used 2016 Altima for my 16 year old son. He didn't immediately let me know that there was an issue with the driver's side window. He communicated with me throughout to ensure that I was happy with my purchase and with the repair and that my son had a window that wouldn't break the next time he rolled it down at McDonalds drive thru.
