I was referred to this location from a friend of the Morgan Auto Group. It was about 45 minutes from my house, but well worth it. I was first greeted by the Manager Paul, and then introduced to Jeny. Morgan Auto Group. It was about 45 minutes from my house, but well worth it. I was first greeted by the Manager Paul, and then introduced to Jeny. Jeny made my day with her upbeat personality and we instantly clicked and had fun with our test drive. Everyone made me feel comfortable with wearing masks and everything kept clean. I knew exactly what I wanted before I got there from looking on their website. I wasn’t feeling very and needed to go home and rest (I have some medical issues) so they let me take the car home for the night. I came back the next am and was once again treated and treated wonderfully. We finished the paperwork right up and then they got my car out of the showroom for me and cleaned it all up while I finished all the paperwork with Kevin in finance. Once again, we clicked well. He explained some of the extra packages I could purchase if I would like, and I already knew about what I would want to add, mainly gap insurance as I know first hand how helpful it is to have it. I was then given a was given a wonderful explanation of all the features in the car and help setting them up to my settings. Jeny helped transfer all of my stuff from my old vehicle to my beautiful new Altima. I made a joke with her about wanting a cup and she made sure I got one. Kevin went out of his way to help me in the finance department and I greatly appreciated it. Jeny checked up on me a day of so later to make sure I was happy and to see if I had any questions or concerns. I feel like I got a lifelong friend in Jeny. And the rest of the staff was so kind. Made the drive completely worth it!!! I would recommend anyone to get a car their and ask for Jeny!!! More
