Best Car Buying Experience Ever I have to say this is the best car buying experience I have ever had. I always dread going to a dealership to negotiate a vehicle purchase. In the p I have to say this is the best car buying experience I have ever had. I always dread going to a dealership to negotiate a vehicle purchase. In the past, I have made some good deals, and a few bad ones. As a matter a fact, a week ago, I had a horrible experience with a different dealership, and left frustrated after two hours and not with a vehicle. Wesley Chapel Toyota was a very different experience then all my previous purchases. They didn't make me feel pressured, rushed, and didn't try to talk me into something I didn't want. I went there not knowing if I could make a purchase in my price range, but they worked with me and we came to what I believe to be a good deal. I told them I didn't want to lease this time around and they worked with me to make that happen. Never even trying to talk me into a lease. I even noticed a first at this dealership, they had a chart visible to everybody with different credit rates, and different long term lease years and what the current rates were. I have never been able to get a dealship to tell me the rate for a 5+ year lease. Other things to mention, highly professionable and knowledgable. Of course they want to make a sale. But, they also want the customer to be very satisfied as well. Other dealships don't seem to care about customer satisfaction. For the first time ever, I truly believe Walter was being 100% honest with me. They didn't even ask to run my credit until the deal was made. Wesley Chapel Toyota has a large and impressive inventory. Very nice show room. The staff was very knowledgable and friendly. I worked with Walter Nenadovic and would highly recommend him to anybody. Don’t go anywhere else for a car! I remember when I was a kid, my parents stressing out when it came to buying a car. It was something I’ll never forget. The week before we found Wesley Chapel Toyota, we were shuffling between 8 dealerships in New Port Richey. Even visiting smaller lots without a big name. My phone was blowing up, we had a dozen car buying apps on our phones trying to find the safest car for our family without being taken advantage of. I first spoke with Frank Wargo from Wesley Chapel Toyota, who was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough. Even with all the odds against us, we decided to give this last dealership a try before we completely gave up. I met with Dayan Rodriguez, who made sure I was well taken care of. They both made the experience something I still can’t stop bragging about. I wish I would’ve visited Wesley Chapel Toyota first, ironically I’ve been hearing their radio jingle on my pandora radio for years and I never thought anything of it. Having 3 kids is a nightmare when trying to get a new car, but unlike the other places we visited, they had a playroom in the center of the dealership! I made several trips around the dealership and every single employee had a smile, greeting us like we were family. I can’t thank Frank and Dayan enough for their incredible customer service. I’ve always loved Toyota but now I have an even better reason to be a Toyota owner for life. Thank you all for the amazing experience. We are so grateful and we love our new Highlander! More

Matt Schemkes in Finance was also very professional and explained things throughout all the paperwork process. That was all very much appreciated. Will definitely recommend them as a sales contact to anyone I know is looking for a new car. More
