My 2000 Toyota Tacoma 4WD was 16 yrs old with 344,000 miles and still going strong when I traded for a 2016 RAV4 XLE That's why my new 2019 RAV4 LE is my 3rd Toyota vehicle out of the 6 vehicles I've owned. Each time I purchased a Toyota vehicle, the sales staff went above and beyond to help me purchase the vehicle I sought and needed. This was my second sales experience at Wesley Chapel Toyota in Wesley Chapel, FL; as long as I am living in FL, I will keep buying my cars from this dealership. My sales agent was Victoria Fuentes, whose friendly attitude and professional manner made the decision-making process positive and productive. She worked hard to help me achieve the purchase I could afford and the type of vehicle I needed. I am 66 yrs old and retired. She understood my constraints and found ways to find the vehicle I sought. I later learned that she had sold an impressive 20 vehicles during this month.
