Unorganized My experience with this dealership has been the worst. Originally when I purchased the vehicle our sales person was not even listening to what me and My experience with this dealership has been the worst. Originally when I purchased the vehicle our sales person was not even listening to what me and my fiancé were telling him we needed to be done to the vehicle. The sales person was new on the floor and really had no idea what he was doing. We weren’t trying to make him feel bad, as that’s not the kind of people we are. Before purchasing the vehicle we stated we needed the gauges in the rim fixed, the back bumper needed to be buffed and re painted and the console and door arm needed to be fixed as was starting to crack. I’m this one frame now I may add the sales man Paul Greene set us up with an appointment to service to have looked at. Arrived on the day and time presented and waited and waited and waited u til was informed the people were not even at the location that day. Now that is very poor right from the start for a customer to even have to go through that. Service department advised can have wheel tech come to my home as the drive for the dealership is 45-60 minutes from where we live at. The wheel tech comes after having to set appointment myself to even get anywhere and then have to deal with trying to take my car back to get the console and door along with the back bumper fixed. Now remind you I’m very nervous at this time with how this dealership is operating as there was no remorse what so ever for the inconvenience. Finally when I was able to take the vehicle back to get the rest done I’m told multiple stories again that the paint guy isn’t there again on another appointment made. Clearly this is an issue at this time. Now I’m irate. Now I’m told to leave the vehicle there, remind you I just purchased and can’t even get to drive it that much. Leave the car and was told since I have kids that I would be able to get the vehicle back theat Wednesday. Wednesday comes and goes after I call and can’t get the car that day as it’s not done. I’m freaking out now and annoyed. Finally after contacting the service manager I get to pick up my vehicle that Thursday or Friday night. I left the car seats in the car because I was told I would have my vehicle not to mention I had to get my kids and had no car seats, imagine what I had to go through then. For months now since February to now I’ve called to dealership and left messages and got no calls back. I continued to call and call and leave more messages as no managers were available or at least thats what I’m being told when I call the front. I finally get a hold of a manager Melissa ( in month of May now) and tell her what’s going on, once again repeated myself for the thousand time, not literally but honestly felt like it. she says will call back as no call back. I called today and spoke to melissa (6/1) and was told would call me back as was trying to reach another manager. She did call me back. I then was told someone would be calling me to address. I receive a call back from manager frank as at this time he’s basically stating I’m lying as it’s not in the “we owe” and would be out of pocket for me as he proceeds to tell me that “his sales guy is a good guy and has no issues with him lying to him” conversation. I go over all this with him and still nothing. The way he spoke to me and things he stated gave the feeling of just not caring at all. Never in my life have I had to feel the way this dealership made me feel. What they forget is I’m the customer and regardless I purchased a vehicle at your delaorship and if the sales person made a mistake then as a manager you make it right. The conversation was to a point I had to hang up as he didn’t want to take any responsibility for what happened and stated to me “ I see youve never called in or left messages” are you kidding me? My phone records beg to differ. I’m appalled as it took me from February to now to even get to speak to someone and that’s what I get. No words can even describe. I have not had the console or the part of the door fixed as they state basically it’s not there problem and I wouls “come at a cost to me” there’s serious work that needs to be done here. Very disappointed. I’m a paying customer who paid a lot of money to deserve that. More

New Car Purchase from Michael Grega I was in an accidental on May 22nd that unfortunately totaled my 2011 Prius. On May 23rd I contacted Michael Grega, told him I needed a new Prius.
