Frank Wargo is Absolutely The Best!! I am a foster parent and teacher. Money is extremely tight and I was concerned about my purchase before working with Frank. It was 7PM, I had my 3 y I am a foster parent and teacher. Money is extremely tight and I was concerned about my purchase before working with Frank. It was 7PM, I had my 3 year old foster child with me and she was tired from being in school all day. I had so many questions regarding the purchase and my foster daughter kept interrupting Frank while he was trying to explain things to me. She is developmentally disabled and demands a lot of attention. Frank was patient, funny and sweet with my daughter even though she was preventing him from finishing my financing quickly. She must have interrupted us at least 30 times and even asked Frank to play with her with the boat that she found in the "toy room." He played with her several times while I was signing the paperwork. I cannot stress enough how great Frank was with my 3 year old. It took us much longer than expected to complete the financing because of my foster daughter yet every time we were interrupted Frank would stop what he was doing, respond to my foster daughter and then continue from where we left off. I truly appreciate Wesley Chapel Toyota and how they helped me throughout the entire purchase. Andy was very knowledgeable and honest. He really helped me decide what was best for me. Patrick, I cannot thank enough for helping me find the a terrific interest rate even though my credit is lousy. I was unable to find a decent auto loan due to a recent bankruptcy and he was able to find a company who could finance my car without breaking the bank. Thank you everyone for all of your help. I know I would not have received this service or support anywhere else! More

John was very easy to talk to and was very knowledgeable about the vehicles that he offered to us. He allowed us to make our own decisions and did not try to force us into specific vehicles (Toyota brands). My husband and I had just come from another Toyota dealership in where the salesman was extra pushy and forcing us to make a decision as soon as we pulled up on the lot. My husband didn't like his attitude and we left within minutes. Aimen was friendly and knowledgable about the cars he was selling all the way up to making a decision on price.
