Easy to buy, easy to save I emailed them a offer on an online vehicle at 8:30 in the morning, got a reply via email with in minutes to come on down and get it. I did the same thing with two other dealerships and got the standard email to call me back and will talk. I did not want to be in a dealership all day doing the run around to the sales manager junk. I just wanted an honest deal on a great vehicle. Mark Howard was my sales person when I arrived, the car was parked up front and waiting there and ready for a test drive. Mark was very patient in the 94 degree sun and accommodated all of our questions and did an excellent job of steering us and not leading us. Thanks, Mark. Your years of experience are evident. John Deloach was a welcoming and and informative rep in the business office, he made right suggestions for our questions and we left out of there confident we were ready to hand off the car to our daughter with the necessary protections and warranties and never tried to over sell the "package". Bottom line, at the end of the day I got the vehicle I wanted, at a price that I wanted. That is all a car buyer can ask. This was my fourth Toyota purchase.
