I got a phone call from Chris Johnson stating he can get me into a 2014.5 with better payments. I was skeptical at first but they have been so good to me I figured I could give it a try. Horrible Service My wife took our camry to dealerahip for a tire repair.I had 4 Michelin MXV4 Primacy installed on vehicle 7 months ago at another dealership. James to My wife took our camry to dealerahip for a tire repair.I had 4 Michelin MXV4 Primacy installed on vehicle 7 months ago at another dealership. James told my wife they could not repair tire as the hole was to big. They told her they could replace the tire with the dame tire that was on car for $226 and change. I assumed it was the same by the price they charged. Once I returned from out of town I realized Wesley Chapel Toyota sold my wife a Michelin Mxv4 Energy in which does not match nor has the same ratings of what is currently on vehicle. I left messages with James. His voicemail says if you don't here back contact my service manager Jose Lopez. I left a Message with him and another Service manager and never received a phone call back. Jose lopez's voicemail says to contact Patrick Abad. I left a message with Patrick Abad and still never received a callback. I purchased the vehicle from this dealership and had it serviced at this dealership every 5000 miles up until now. I would not recommend this dealership ever again. More
