Ray Dellaero was extremely helpful in the auto buying process. We told him what we were looking for and he literally got our RAV 4 off the delivery truck that had come in and was still sitting in the lo process. Mike Grega is fantastic. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable and RESPECTFUL!! That's right, a car salesman who is RESPECTFUL! I have had so many bad experiences at dealerships, and quite honestl knowledgeable and RESPECTFUL!! That's right, a car salesman who is RESPECTFUL! I have had so many bad experiences at dealerships, and quite honestly when Mike approached me in the parking lot, I thought he was "putting on" with how nice he was being. Figured he would end up pushy like everybody else and end up showing his true colors. But it just happened that Mike's true colors are actually good. He's a good guy, a pretty cool guy, actually. Never pushy, just answered our questions and took good care of us. Actually showed us what we asked him to show us and ended up selling us what we wanted, for the price we wanted. He knew all about the safety features of the car, which are very important to me and my family. Please do yourself a favor, don't just drop into a dealership and take what comes your way.
