Ray was the nicest most thorough and considerate auto sales person I have dealt with. And I have had some nice ones before. The educated me about the Prius in great detail which was most appreciated. And when I told him that I didn't want more information about a certain thing stopped. You also deserve great credit for listening to me as a person and sensing that I was not interested in the bells and whistles that are built into all Prius. For me those things are not a positive as a sales consideration. None the less, after I bought it he showed me all the fun things it will do and I WILL have fun with it. Also he is supported by a helpful agency that sent Ray and Otto home with me late in the evening some distance away so that I could bring home the older car that I was keeping. The agency sent Otto in an agency car. This sort of service at 9:30 at night was certainly above and beyond what I would expect. Michael who did the financial negotiations was reasonable and no pressure. If there had been any pressure I would've been out the door and to another dealer. I was pleased with the price I paid for the car. Matt in financial was the very first positive financial experience buying a car I ever had. He was patient, pleasant, thorough and knowledgeable. He made our whole car buying a easy experience. The reason why we rated your dealership great is that everyone was so nice to us the whole time we were there. Jamie Garces also explained all the financing and extra warranty to us and made us feel good about buying the extra coverage. Mark gave us a tour of your facility in case we would need to come back for anything we would know where to go. The selection at Wesley Chapel was outstanding, and the paperwork and checkout was a breeze. Some dealerships will pressure you to decide and try to sell whatever has been sitting on the lot for too long. It was my experience that the staff at Wesley Chapel Toyota, especially our Sales Associates Mark Howard and Lynn Hudson, were incredibly courteous. We had a terrific experience thanks to James Swanson who was our internet salesperson. If it were not for him we would not have purchased the Hybrid Camry XLE 2014. He did everything in his power to get us to a price agreement then found us the car we wanted. After that he drove to another dealership 4 1/2 hours away and brought us our car. He made sure that when we arrived to do all the paperwork it was done in a speedy fashion. James is a real asset to the dealership. On Oct. 24 I found myself without a car and no one to take me to look for one. I called a couple dealers and no one could help me. Jeff was very kind and compassionate hearing my circumstances. He worked tirelessly on my behalf to find a car that would fit my budget and work for me. As a retiree in a new location he became a friend who exhibited integrity, kindness, and an advocate. I've never experienced this in a car salesman before. I will refer anyone who is looking for a car to Jeff. I've used Wesley Chapel Toyota in the past for servicing of my previous Toyota and was very impressed with Nelly, the customer service tech.She's very knowledgeable, goes the extra mile (as did Jeff). This is not your typical dealership where it's an assembly line of getting you in and out. They make you feel special and take the time to listen! Initially went in for service on 05 Toyota Highlander & worked with Johnny Rivera. Johnny kept me up to date on what was going on and the status of my suv. It turned out that the repair would be quite e & worked with Johnny Rivera. Johnny kept me up to date on what was going on and the status of my suv. It turned out that the repair would be quite expensive & since the car was already getting older, Johnny contacted Frank Millan to try and give me other options. He was more than willing to go ahead with the repair but wanted me to be able to make the best choice for me. Frank called and was just great - invited me back in to take a look at all my options. Mike Haake showed me a couple of Rav 4s that would fit into the budget I had and we went for a test drive. He was very patient and answered all of my questions - even brought up things I have never thought about. I was very happy with the financing that Mike arranged for me, especially after I found out it is a credit union and a much better interest rate that I ever thought about. Frank then took over and completed some paperwork to make the paperwork end go faster. Jaime Garces explained all of the financial and state forms and made me feel very comfortable. Then, as if that wasn't enough, Johnny had moved my suv full of shopping items to the rental car that I had for the day, then Frank and Mike moved everything out of my old suv and the rental car into my 2011 Rav 4. Starting with Johnny, then Frank, then Mike and finally Jaime, I felt like a part of their families - a favorite grandmother. This is the first and only time in my 67 years that I have ever felt this way after purchasing a vehicle. I had told them that I had to put my 92 year old father in the hospital late Thursday night with pneumonia and that if possible, I needed to accomplish everything in a very short period of time. All of them went out of their way to make sure I got thru in I am sure record time. What a great thing it would be if every business made you feel so welcome and that everyone you dealt with had your best interests at heart. I cannot say enough great things about these four gentlemen except "thank you so much for everything - you made what could have been a very stressful time for me a great experience".
