First, let me say that I simply came to WCT with my boyfriend to get a free oil change on his 2011 Tacoma (purchased with Scott Lavancher at WCT). So, I started browsing while waiting for the oil change to get done. Next came a test drive...then all that paperwork! I fell in love with the Highlnader as soon as I drove it! Every staff member I came into contact with was so professional and friendly. Scott Lavancher is so knowledgeable and accommodating, he has an answer for every question. I was very set on a monthly payment that could fit into my budget and Scott diligently worked with me to get my payment where it need to be. There was no pressure for anything- in fact, I noticed it took a while for someone to even approach me in the parking lot, they just let me look around, which I liked. My Camry was purchased at Sun Toyota, and I can tell you there is a night and day difference in these 2 dealerships. I am a forever WCT customer! More
