So I had visited another dealership and a couple of used car lots before stopping at Toyota, I was referenced there by a friend. The dealership I stopped at wasn't willing to work with me and the used car l car lots before stopping at Toyota, I was referenced there by a friend. The dealership I stopped at wasn't willing to work with me and the used car lots just weren't reliable. After walking around and looking at Toyota's selection nothing seem to catch my eye or was out of my price range. Then I was approached by a sale associate, Jeff Loper, I told him what I was looking for and what my price range was. He took me their used cars and showed my a really nice SUV, A Toyota Highlander I believe, it had a bunch of features, including a sun roof, after taking it for a test drive I decided that I liked it. We then proceeded inside to do a credit check and see what kind of financing I could get. After a while Jeff returned and told me that it would better if I was to just buy a new car, I hadn't planned on get a Brand new car for a few different reason so I was a bit skeptical at first, Jeff then let me test drive a 2013 Toyota Corolla, now I was driving a small pick up truck before this and Had never liked driving cars before, but driving that car just felt natural to me. After returing and doing another credit check we finally found a finance plan that worked for me, and of course after a lot of paper work (haha) I drove home in my brand new 2013 Toyota Corolla. The people at Toyota worked very hard to make sure I got a good a deal and a good car, I can't thank then enough. And a special thanks to Jeff Loper for talking the time to work with me, without him I doubt I would have walked out in any car and I never expected to get a 2013. So I would definitely recommend Wesley Chapel Toyota because the people there care and were willing to take extra steps that other weren't. Thank You Again. More

When I walked up to the front door, Joe was there to meet me with a smiling face and off we went car shopping! I was interested in the 2013 RAV 4. He showed me the only one left on the lot. I loved the car but it didn't have everything I wanted as fat as upgrades. He said "that's okay we can order one for you with what you want." As we started filling out the paper work to order a 2013 RAV 4, Joe got a text (went store wide to all salesmen) another customer ordered a had canceled their order. I was so excited once Joe showed me this car. It was the limited edition and had all of the bells and whistles! It was the perfect color and price! Wonderful experience from start to finish!!! We were greeted immediately upon arrival by Frank Wargo...he was super friendly, up beat and accommodating! That was the one! The sales and finance men that worked on our deal went above and beyond, they were very patient and answered all of our many questions. Steve Connetti and Hugh Palmer were a joy to work with as well, Hugh pulling every string imaginable to get us within our budget and the best interest rate possible! Big thanks to Hugh for being so helpful and real with us and of course Steve our salesman for his patience, knowledge and experience. Kelly Heflin, our very friendly finance manager finished up the paperwork with us and off we went in our beautiful new (used) ride!!!
