Richard King and Eric Reilley provided excellent service when I traded in my Toyota Solara for a Toyota Tundra. Both salesmen were extremely serviceminded and not pushy at all, which is nice when you are doing any kind of big purchase. A very nice car buying experience overall, and with the truck I am now the coolest dad around according to my 10 year old son. More
We had a pre-arranged meeting with David Williams to discuss the possible leasing of a Highlander. We were met in the parking lot by Joe Cirillo who immediately took us into the sales floor and notified discuss the possible leasing of a Highlander. Mr. Williams then asked Joe to show us their selection of Highlanders. After looking at several and deciding on one, it was time to crunch the numbers. The payment on the vehicle we were interested was just a bit higher than what my wife and I wanted to pay. The general manager and Joe then took us out to show us vehicles which may fit into our price range and still have the options we wanted. They were able to locate a "demo" vehicle which fit both criteria and we drove the Highlander home that day. Thanks to David Williams and his team for their patience and getting us into the vehicle wanted. More

Based on how they handled my problem, I definitely recommend Wesley Chapel Toyota as a great dealership to do business with. I look forward to buying my 9th and 10th Toyotas from Wesley Chapel Toyota. Bought a Tundra in Feb, 2011, 4 door with an 8 foot bed and a bed liner. The bed liner never fit. Bobby the service rep said that they knew that they didnt fit and I was lucky mine fit better than most. I was not happy with the way the liner fit but they did not fix it. I was told i would be contacted by the Service Mgr - never contacted me. Today, I went in for a scheduled service appointment. I was 15 minutes early but wound up waiting 45 minutes. I left the lot after the truck was serviced and went to another appointment. I discovered that there was a scratch on my front bumper that was not there before. I returned to the dealership, spoke with Gina, she said she would tell the Service Mgr and I would be called. However, since I had left without noticing it she was not willing to assist me. I have talked to Toyota USA and filed a complaint. I expect my truck to be repaired, the scratch was not on the bumper when I brought it in nor did they note it on the vehicle condition service sheet when they did their original inspection before servicing the vehicle. I went into the dealership for an oil change on my 09 camry. While there I spoke with Matt schemkes about a new car. He spent alot of time with myself looking over the 2012 camrys. He wanted to make sure it was the car i wanted, and let me test drive two different cars. Then i looked at 2012 carollas and test drove one also. I wanted more power so I went back to the camrys. After a couple test drives and a few hours Matt and I found the car I was looking for. He helped get me in it with lower payments, no money down, and bought my 09 camry off me. He helped me get set up with the bluetooth in the car that has been a big help. Matt was alot of help and I personally just wanted to thank him. ~Ben More
I came in the dealer to trade my Infiniti for another infiniti. I made it clear from the first moment i arrived at the dealership what my budget was. $10,000. All in. And i left the store. On my way home, the sales manager Patrick Abad called me 4 times. He told me that because of year end, and my credit and his desire to move cars, at the close of the calendar year, he will make a deal with me. And we did. I agreed to pay $10,8000. I conceded $800. He gave me a good interest rate. I said is it done? He said, YES. Done. The sales man was to drive the car to my home that night or the next day. The next morning, the sales man, Mike, calls me and says, someone ELSE bought the car. I said not possible? We made a deal. Patrick the sales manager, the man who called me 4 times in my vehicle, refused to call me back and discuss. Has not returned my 10 requests for a call back. In my 35 year business career this is the single sleeziest episode i have ever experienced. These are deeply dishonest, corrupt, and direputable people. Stay away. Scum. I have complete phone records, transcripts and a receipt from a third party insepector who looked at the car at my expense and has confirmed in writing the car was promised and sold to me. i would be delighted to share all records with any interested party. After introducing himself and sharing information about the 2011 cars, he left us alone and would periodically check back to see if we had any questions. What impressed us the most was that George did not make us feel pressured in any way to purchase a car. He was extremely professional in every aspect. When we visited Wesley Chapel Toyota for the first time we had no intentions of purchasing a new vehicle – George has the ability to “listen” first, understand the product, however, more importantly, his top priority is to know the needs of his clients. In today’s market it is rare to find someone who really has your best interest at heart. While it is the responsibility of a salesman to sell cars, it is more important to develop relationships with their clients to ensure repeat business. George has acquired this quality which is a tremendous asset for him and Wesley Chapel Toyota. George introduced us to the Toyota team: Kagan Sharpe, Bobby Wilcox, Kelly Schellhase and Patrick Abad. Each individual that we met contributed valuable information that resulted in my wife and I purchasing a new 2011 Toyota Avalon, even though we had come into the dealership just to browse. Right from the first contact with Mike we knew that we would work out a deal. He listened to what features/options we wanted in our new car, was friendly and got back to us in a timely manner. Just bought a 2012 Sienna at Wesley Chapel Toyota today and Mike Pelletier and PJ were superb. Another Toyota Dealer near Brandon let us down saying they had a car when they did not and Wesley Chapel To and Mike Pelletier and PJ were superb. Another Toyota Dealer near Brandon let us down saying they had a car when they did not and Wesley Chapel Toyota came to the rescue. They matched the deal and provided a new Sienna the same day ! We got prices from four dealerships over the internet and Wesley were by far the most attentive and responded promptly to our emails. The dealership is state of the art and this family business clearly puts customers as their top focus. They have a creche for kids, a great waiting area with coffee and cookies and even massage and nails if you get really bored ! We met many staff who were all very happy and clearly proud of who they work for - it tells you alot about the owners of this dealership - they look after their people well. The raving wall, the Chairmans Club - all great touches. They look after every customer need and Mike was absolutely professional and excellent. We are delighted with our new Sienna XLE which is an awesome vehicle. I could not give them a higher recommendation. Denys More
