Zach Mueller is a fantastic salesman! Deceptive advertising I used CarGurus' website to find a new car I was interested in buying. I was contacted by a woman named Alexandria who works for Wesley Chapel Toyot I used CarGurus' website to find a new car I was interested in buying. I was contacted by a woman named Alexandria who works for Wesley Chapel Toyota. I told her I would be driving to the dealership, about an hours drive, and would be arriving at 7pm this evening. She stated that she would have the car I was reviewing on the CarGuru website all cleaned up and ready for me when I arrived. She also stated that I should just ask for her, "Alex", when I walked into the dealership. When I asked for her, I was told she was gone for the day. WHAT?! Another sales person, "Kirk", had offered to assist me. I told him what she said, that the car would be waiting for me all prepped. Kirk knew nothing about the car being ready for me. He went to a holding lot and located the car. He took me to the car, and it was not prepped, but actually quite dirty from sitting there in the lot. THIS FIRST IMPRESSION OF THE EMPLOYEE NAMED ALEX ALREADY SET OFF A RED FLAG! When my trade-in information was brought to me while I waiting at one of the sales cubicles, I saw the price of the vehicle was now inflated dramatically from the advertised price, by around $1500! Kirk showed me in the advertisement, in small print, the dealership had the right to change the price of the car due to prepping, window tint, and floor mats. I questioned the insanely high price for the car not being prepped at all, the $100 tint job, and the $350 floor mats. ANOTHER RED FLAG! I actually laughed when he told me the prices. The fair market balance between my vehicle and the new car was around $10,000. They expected me to pay over $17,000 plus my vehicle, which was just 6 months old. I told Kirk, Nope, I will not pay a penny more than $10,000 plus my car, (which was paid off). I told him to just give me my car keys, since there is so much of a difference in our prices, your sales manager will never accept my offer. He came back with an offer of over $14,000. I said, "No. I said $10,000. Please give me my car keys." He said, "Okay". I walked out of the show room to my car and waiting for about 10 minutes. Kirk came out with some young man that appeared to be just out of high school, and attempted to introduce me. I said, "Its nice to meet you. Kirk, do you have my car keys?" Kirk finally gave me my keys and I drove off. Not more than 5 minutes down the road, my cell phone rang. It was that same high school kid stating "I was going to tell you that I agree with your offer, but you weren't interested in what I had to say." I replied, "You should've told Kirk that you would accept my offer earlier, now it's too late, so have a nice night. Bye." I would not ever patronize a dealership with such a lack of integrity in their sales practices. I should've left when I noticed that 1st RED FLAG with Alexandria. I have lost 90 minutes of my valuable time at Wesley Chapel Toyota. More

I really want to give 1 star But there’s one particular employee who deserves 5+. I went in late last month looking to purchase a new car. After spending hours here I left with a 2016 Toyota 4Runner. Everything was great until the following day when I received a call saying I needed to bring the vehicle back immediately due to something being wrong. I can not put into words the panic and the anxiety that that call made me feel. Having to drop everything and leave work was embarrassing. I later come to find out that the vehicle was sold to someone else 4 days prior. I was driving someone else’s car. I was furious! I didn’t want anything to do with Wesley chapel Toyota. If it wasn’t for Caroline Briggs who kept me sane, calmed me down. I probably wouldn’t have left their with another car. She really treated me as if I were her family. She made sure I left there taken care of. I want to thank her so much for everything she did that day for me. At the end of the day i was taken care of I left with a 2019 4runner which I am in love with! Oh and a little bit of high blood pressure but it’s no big deal! Lol mistakes happen but the situation could have been handled differently in the beginning. Anyways, I have referred a couple of family members to go see Caroline! Thank you again! More

I can’t stress enough what excellent service we got from Jacob and Aiman. We had no intention of buying a new car last Saturday. Jacob was so patient and accommodating in every aspect of the sale. He is a great asset to your dealership. When it came to working out the loan and extended warranty, Aiman had the patience of a saint. Thought explained all our options several times until we understood them. I’ve purchased dozens of cars through the years but this is the first time I ever purchased GAP and extended warranties. This is all because of Aiman’s effort to explain the importance of these programs. We walked out feeling like we just made a new friend. Toyota’s are great cars, but your success is your staff. More
