She was a joy to work with and am hoping that the next time I need to get a car, that she could be there to help me. She helped me understand all the new features of the car and helped me get the best deal possible! By the time we finally came to terms, the dealership had already hit closing time, and even so Caroline was still patient, willing to help me get my new car. After, I worked with Aiman to do all the processing and paperwork. Aiman was a really cool guy who was thorough with explaining every document I was signing and answering all the questions I had about each one. Processing paperwork takes forever as it is and I am a person who has a lot of questions as it it, and even though the dealership was already closed he was still patient and on his game with getting everything done. I highly recommend this Toyota dealership and these two individuals to help anyone out with a future car purchase. A car purchase is a large investment and for me it comes down to service, trust and reliability which I found at this Toyota dealership.
