The first time was not a very good experience the associate we were working with never kept us in the loop as to what was happening. He would just walk away for periods of time and never check back in on us. So at that point, we were pretty much done and left with no car. We decided to come back on labor day to see what deals were going on for new vehicles, and then we met Luis. Luis is a very wonderful sales associate, not to pushy and very understanding. He sat us down and asked questions that were never asked before so we could find a vehicle that best suited what we were looking for. Originally looking at the Corolla Hybrid, we ended up walking out with a new C-HR LE; which we fell in love with. The finance manager; Aiman was also very nice and easy to work with. More

However, I came in to purchase a 4Runner, and worked with Ernst and Carlos and they both were amazing from start to finish. Ernst went up and beyond to make me happy, and that truly says a lot about their atmosphere and environment. He thoroughly explained everything to me, was patient while waiting for USAA to fax them the financing paperwork, and they even worked me in to get the pinstripe taken off my new 2019 4runner on their busiest day. Even Ed, their finance man, was not like any other finance guy I’ve ever met. I highly recommend Toyota of WC, and will be back again for my next purchase. More

Honest, fair, and very happy-Go see Jeff Latham Ever since my wife and I moved to Florida 3 years ago from Ohio, we were always pondering the idea of who we going to go see for our car needs since Ever since my wife and I moved to Florida 3 years ago from Ohio, we were always pondering the idea of who we going to go see for our car needs since one of our favorites salesman from another Toyota dealership would no longer be able to help us-Enter Wesley Chapel Toyota and Jeff Latham. We have been doing business with Jeff for the past year or so and he was able to work with my wife in getting her a 2017 Rav 4 SE. We both had some challenge credit which Jeff gave us some suggestions on how we can improve our score and get the payment that we are comfortable with. We came back to Jeff and he made the deal happen for her and till this day, she loves her Rav. Since I had some challenge credit(score being a little low), we weren't able to get a new lease deal but Jeff went above and beyond and went straight to his finance director and told me "to do whatever he can" in order to get me into a car. We were able to find a great deal on a 2017 Corolla LE with 29k on it with a payment that I was comfortable with. The dealer performed their due diligence and gave the car the proper inspection which include putting on new tires, new brakes, new wiper blades, cabin filer, and air filter. I cannot recommend Jeff enough! He is honest, fair, and is always looking out for the best interest of your needs. I never felt pressured to do anything. We both weighed the pro's and con's of the two cars that they offered me and came to a sound conclusion of what I wanted. Jeff does keep in touch with me and wants to make sure everything is going ok and that if I have any questions, I can certainly reach out to him and sure enough, he ALWAYS responds when I have a quick question or two. Thanks again Jeff for being patient with my needs and willing to do business with me, despite my challenge credit! Please get this man a raise! More

I found an online listing on their website for a new (gently used) Camry Hybrid XLE Saturday evening. I walked into the dealership on Sunday at 12:30, and with the help of Gregg Irving, drove out of the dealership 3 hours later with the car I wanted at a price better than they advertised. They even let me take it two days before my check could clear. I'm thrilled with service provided by Gregg, the price I paid, and the quick (and thorough) prep on the car. More
