The West Herr dealerships do absolutely nothing for the costomer. They promise to get you information but never follow throungh. When you call them out they have excuse after excuse. Even when I went to the Director of Sales Operations nothing changed. Promised they would help but after nine days never heard a word. This is after ordering a vehicle in May and issue after issue and lie fter lie. Worst experience ever. Buyer beware!! More
