My name is Tim Rhodes. I was in the market for a new truck, well new to me anyway. I stopped in to Doan chevrolet to shop some trucks on the lot. After test driving several trucks, one of which Andy had truck, well new to me anyway. I stopped in to Doan chevrolet to shop some trucks on the lot. I had previously looked at the new dodges and decided that was what I wanted. Andy took the time to have a new Ram brought off the showroom floor for me to drive. I immediatly fell in love with it. After telling him that I wanted it he stayed late with me working the deal, almost missing a personal appointment he had. We were able to get the deal done and lined up delivery for today February 6, 2012. Andy was able to get all the paper work and delivery finished in a very timely matter. He treated my wife and children as his own family.He is a very talented salesman and great with customer relations. Andy and all of the staff I was involved with were above and beyond helpful and courteous. I thank them all for a most pleasent expierience in purchasing my new Dodge Ram. I'm a VERY picky shopper when it comes to the sales people I will work with. Value City Furniture hates me because I will NEVER let the person who follows me at the door like a puppy get my sales commi people I will work with. All in all: I do not like pushy sales. I will not be pressured, and it will loose my business. I thought Stephen Otis was the perfect salesman for me. He showed me what I want, in the range I wanted, didn't push anything on me outside of the limits I had set. I LOVE my new van by the way! Love (insert many more loves). The van is a good year, low miles, and has one TINY rust spot on it. I really could not be happier with my experience over all. He even humored me and got $100 taken off the price. I'd been watching van prices for 3 months. I did not want to pay sticker, but I thought the price was reasonable as it was. More
