I had been actively looking to purchase a vehicle for two full weeks. Marty greeted us on a really cold day in the parking lot as we began our search for my husbands' new Charger. He pointed out lots of stuff in the cars on the lot and then invited us in to talk some more and as we began our search for my husbands' new Charger. We got down to what my husband's 'must haves' were and then Marty found a car on the lot to test drive. We left with lots of info, visited the car the following day and went back the third day to make a deal. It was relatively painless. When the trade wasn't as good as my husband had hoped, John came out to talk to us and we worked toward meeting halfway on the trade and a better down payment till all parties were satisfied. The financing rate was VERY competitive and George was great explaining the final papers and selling us an incredible extended warranty. Martys' final delivery of the car and explanation of all the 'buttons, whistles and bells' was very through and we left very happy with our beautiful new Charger!
