Enjoyment somewhere between chemotherapy and a root canal Purchased though Costco. Online rep Jessica Gettle, was courteous and prompt. However, all the time I spent providing information to her was apparently wasted as when we arrived at he dealer no paperwork had been started. I took 2 1/2 hours from the time we walked in to the time we drove out. The so-called finance person, Jim, repeated and continuously ignored my requests, and then demands, that he stop wasting our time with talking about the extended warranty and prepaid service contracts. I have purchased hundreds of vehicles for my businesses over the years and this was the worst buying experience I have eve had. More

Highly recommend working with Tom! Just traded my 2010 Kia for a 2018 Forte with the help of the very knowledgeable, patient and friendly Tom Tanner. I never felt pressured to go with s Just traded my 2010 Kia for a 2018 Forte with the help of the very knowledgeable, patient and friendly Tom Tanner. I never felt pressured to go with something out of my reach financially, and was guided carefully through my first time experience of buying a brand new vehicle. Tom went the extra mile by staying late to ensure that I was still feeling comfortable during the financial portion of the car-buying experience, then helped me by going over the "how to" of pairing my phone and using the in-dash system to utilize CarPlay, and finally, transferred my belongings from my old vehicle to my new one while having the detailer touch up a few spots on the windows. He even bookmarked pages in the manuals that would likely be of need/benefit for future use, and showed me how to program service reminders (such a cool feature!) into my new car. Magdy, in finance, was also wonderful, making sure I got the best deal possible in terms of available interest rate. He also went over the things that would happen next, such as contact from the lender, an appointment needed to install the windshield and front-end protectants, and the benefits provided via the purchased GAP insurance. 100% would recommend working with Tom - you won't be disappointed! More

The Best KIA Dealer in Washington After an extremely bad experience with CarPros of Tacoma, a company that cannot answer a single question, I truly thought that all Kia dealerships wer After an extremely bad experience with CarPros of Tacoma, a company that cannot answer a single question, I truly thought that all Kia dealerships were the same. I was terribly wrong! I bought my vehicle over the internet with the help of Internet Sales Manager Sean Hudson, who answered every question I had and provided comprehensive information so that there was no real need for me to go to the dealership; but I really wanted to shake the hand of Mr. Hudson due to his expertise of finding me a great deal, with plenty of perks, well below the cost of the cheapest CarPros deal that was online. From Sales to the GM to the Finance Manager to the product specialist to the detailer - a group of individuals who function as one to completely provide great service and want to make their customers happy - a big shout out of THANK YOU for a great experience. The only negative I can say is that I can only rate you at five stars where all of you deserve to be at ten! ********** More
