The Best KIA Dealer in Washington After an extremely bad experience with CarPros of Tacoma, a company that cannot answer a single question, I truly thought that all Kia dealerships wer After an extremely bad experience with CarPros of Tacoma, a company that cannot answer a single question, I truly thought that all Kia dealerships were the same. I was terribly wrong! I bought my vehicle over the internet with the help of Internet Sales Manager Sean Hudson, who answered every question I had and provided comprehensive information so that there was no real need for me to go to the dealership; but I really wanted to shake the hand of Mr. Hudson due to his expertise of finding me a great deal, with plenty of perks, well below the cost of the cheapest CarPros deal that was online. From Sales to the GM to the Finance Manager to the product specialist to the detailer - a group of individuals who function as one to completely provide great service and want to make their customers happy - a big shout out of THANK YOU for a great experience. The only negative I can say is that I can only rate you at five stars where all of you deserve to be at ten! ********** More

He was all kinds of helpful, he knew exactly what I was looking for after I had mentioned just a few things I was wanting in my new Kia forte. He was there for me from start to finish. At the end of the purchase and when I was done in the finance office Mike was right there to give me one last walk through around the vehicle just to be sure I fully understand everything before driving it off the lot. That right there is customer service. Make sure you ask for Mike Jones for your sales man as like I mentioned he is not pushy and he listens to what you want and will get you exactly that. More

The best expansion I have had buy a car Let me start of with one word "WOW". First lets talk about Mike Jones. I showed up looking to seat in a Kia Sportage to see if i would fit. Not only d Let me start of with one word "WOW". First lets talk about Mike Jones. I showed up looking to seat in a Kia Sportage to see if i would fit. Not only did he let me seat in a Sportage but he showed me 4 other cars that may work to because of my height. I explained up front I was not going to buy today and that did not change him one bit. Was more then happy to help me out and see what i could fit in. I felt no pressure to buy or give my information if i did not want to at all. After emailing with Mike for about 2 days I went back in and looked at 2018 Kia Sportage. Once again no pressure at all to buy. After driving it I decided to buy one. The next step is the financing. Once again WOW. After talking with Deonta Finger I was more then happy to sign. Deonta was very fun and enjoyable person to deal with.
