Thoroughly enjoyed the car buying experience. Never encountered any of the issues those videos talk about. Our two salespeople (Haley and Dylan) were very personable without losing their professionalism. Dylan did a really good job dealing with my 10 year old sons off the wall questions and conversation. Both of them went out of their way to answer all of our questions about the van we wanted (They didn't have one at the time). A week after our first meeting, Haley remembered us and immediately had Dylan called us to tell us another dealer requested a trade of one of their vans for the very model we were looking for. We dropped everything and drove the 60+ miles from our house to Bremerton to see and test drive the van. We loved it bought it that evening. We were very pleased with the service we received. My experience West hills Kia was good. I took my car for my warranty and they did a detail service check on my car and I had them do a couple of other things. The staff was polite. I searched online for Kia dealer reviews and found West Hills Kia to have the most consistent positives over a long period. After reading reviews I called and asked for Blake because he was mentioned many Hills Kia to have the most consistent positives over a long period. After reading reviews I called and asked for Blake because he was mentioned many times in a positive fashion. I did not regret my choice of Blake as my sales representative; he was upfront and superb from start to finish in helping me secure the vehicle I wanted. They did not have the exact model in stock so with Blake's help I created an order online and sent it to him. The majority of my communications with Blake were via (many) emails and he was always quick to respond to my "twenty questions" in a pleasant, patient, and professional manner. Though he told me it could take as much as 3-6 months to get my vehicle, it arrived in only 5 weeks so I was quite pleased. When I took delivery, even though the dealership was hopping busy, Blake took all the time I wanted to go over the vehicle's features before I left, and he has made followup contacts with me including providing Kia sources for me to learn more about the vehicle's features. I also want to mention that the finance manager, Cody, was pleasant and professional throughout the final paperwork process. Cody explained all of my options thoroughly and without undue pressure accepted my product decisions. My prior experiences with finance persons have been less than enjoyable; not the case at West Hills Kia. Everyone I came in contact with were pleasant and hospitable; I would buy from this dealer again if the need arose. More
