Jody was more than helpful, and never once tried to sell me anything. We went through the options and figured out what worked for me. When it came to the actual sale, things went very smooth. Even after buying my truck, I've called Jody on a couple occasions with questions that have come up and she is always willing to help me out. Overall great experience! This is the third car we have purchased with Lloyd Hemenway. We just traded in our Equinox and got a great value back for it. He really did go the extra mile to help us out, which was nice since we wanted to take care of everything that day. I also appreciate Lloyd getting back to me right away regarding a couple of issues after the sale of vehicle. He definitely made up for the other not-so-good customer service experience.
