Come to find out all the tires were bad I spent over 900 on new tires for a car I just bought. I reached out to my sales person looking for some sort of resolution. I really only wanted half the money back. Three weeks have gone by no response from the dealer. I'm sad because I really liked the experience of the sale. I should also say that this is the second car I have bought from the. We are a 2 car family. Sorry I will not ever go back. More

Previous trips to the service department were good, occasionally just fair due to questionable recommendations. Last visit took over 4 hours to install new tires, alignment, oil change, bulb replacemen occasionally just fair due to questionable recommendations. The service misplaced one of hub caps, left one of the replaced wipers on the window. Not sure they can justify the high hourly rates charged. My vehicle was purchased new at the dealership so I would have expected a little better service than this last trip. More

I had to have my 2019 RAV4 jump started by AAA after my car sat in the driveway unused for 3 weeks during a cold snap. I was pleased that Westboro Toyota could see me the same day to check out the battery car sat in the driveway unused for 3 weeks during a cold snap.
