Incredible!!! I wasn't sure what to expect before going into Westboro Toyota. As soon as I walked into Westboro Toyota, Jamie walked up to me and shook my hand. We sat down and got right to business. Jamie was very upfront and honest the entire experience. He never tried any of those sneaky tactics other dealerships use, so kudos to Jamie!! I test drove two vehicles and he was very thorough in explaining the features of each, and when I was trying to decide which one would suit me better, he was also very patient. When the time came to go over all the paperwork, Jeff was very detailed and explained everything in simple language. He even gave me some useful tips. Finally, a positive car buying experience! I had an amazing car buying experience! I searched unsuccessfully for a car for 3 weeks at smaller dealerships because I didn't think a big dealership I had an amazing car buying experience! I searched unsuccessfully for a car for 3 weeks at smaller dealerships because I didn't think a big dealership could fit my budget. Westborough Toyota was recommended by a friend and I figured it was worth a chance since I couldn't be any more discouraged. That feeling didn't last long; Jamie was incredible, he listened to exactly what I was looking for and delivered! He didn't try and skew me from my budget or put me "through the ringer" that car sales is known for. He was honest and personable throughout the process and helped me feel comfortable in making this big decision. Further, Jeff in finance was a cherry on top of the experience. Jeff broke down the financing process in layman's terms and gave helpful advice. He also found me the lowest interest rate I've ever been quoted at in the past few weeks. Between Jamie and Jeff I can honestly say I will be highly recommending Westborough Toyota to anyone I know looking for a vehicle.
