I have been a customer of this dealership for 11 years. Even when I make an appointment, I generally have to wait over 20 mts. Nobody acknowledges that you had an appointment. This is the second time that I went in for something that had been recalled. Both times I was told that the part had been ordered and they had it. Both times they hadn't. After me telling them it was as the had been recalled. Both times I was told that the part had been ordered and they had it. Both times they hadn't. After me telling them it was as the second time, they told me that they would do a 'visual inspection'. I was told it was okay, and that they would note this on the paperwork. When I got home I realized that they said that they did a visual inspection AND that they replaced the part which isn't true. More
