Where shall I begin . There’s Lack of knowledge with services, long waiting times after coming in by appointment. When I brought my car in for maintenance service John Hansen “forgot to do oil change” which I specifically had added on that service only to come back to pick up my vehicle and was asked if I would wait because they forgot it was added on at time of drop off. Never had an issue with my car before I brought it in for maintenance. After hearing a whining noise, when accelerating, I brought it in to be looked at. After waiting an hour and 45 minutes and not hearing from any advisor on the status of my vehicle. I approached an advisor to which they checked, and I was then told that I need a new transmission. Service manager, Fernando claims to put in the work only to call back weeks after with no outcome and addressing me by the wrong name. He also stated I’m not a “loyal customer” because I haven’t serviced my car there often and that’s why he couldn’t help me out. This is after spending $1000 on maintenance for my vehicle, only to have to bring it back and be told it needs a new transmission! My car never made noise when accelerating before it was serviced at Westboro Toyota. With a service manager and service advisors on hand as Westboro Toyota has I’m sure services are on the decline. I’ll be sure to pass the word and my views on Westboro Toyota and Toyota brand . More

In the 16 years we have been coming here we only have had two complaints: glovebox coming loose after service and telling us it will cost $500 to fix after a technician spent 30 minutes on it. We fixed it ourselves in 5 minutes There was nothing wrong when we drove it in. The service department is excellent in general, but occasionally I feel pressured unnecessarily by the service manager to fix something that is not needed at this time. More
