In for routine service and brake fluid change on 9/8/23. Paperwork shows requested services completed. Did not receive results of multipoint inspection on paper as shown as requested in notes at top of pg Paperwork shows requested services completed. Spoke to John Hansen by phone next day to get both resolved. Lots of adults and children waiting for service and I'm assuming this was where I picked up some virus that put me out of commission for 3 weeks, trigged my asthma, and required 2 dr's visits and meds. More
