While the customer service of the dealer is very good, the appointment timing for maintenance, is not. Every time I've come in for an appointment, I'm given a wait time thats completely off from the actu the appointment timing for maintenance, is not. I had a 10:45 appointment recently, which I was told when I scheduled it, would only take 20-25 minutes. By the time i waited in line at the garage entrance, and was checked in, 20 minutes had gone by. Then at the desk, I was told the appointment would be less than an hour. After waiting 2.5 hours with no update from anyone, I finally went back to the lobby to check on the status of my car. Once I got an update, I then waited another 15 minutes to cash out and get my car back. Almost 3 hours total... More
