When I was dropping off the car at the scheduled time, no one greeted me - I waited 10 mins to be acknowledged. Finally John began the appt. When picking up the car, John left before I got there so I told another associate I was there to pick up but they didn’t know anything about my job. I told them at 6:00 pm that John said my car would be ready between 6:15 & 6:30. At 7pm I went to ask what the problem was and the guy just said that John didn’t put the paperwork in the bin. They found the paperwork somewhere and got my car. So I waited way longer than necessary. When I got in and started the car, the “maintenance required” message still showed. I had to go find someone to reset it. I got home and noticed the sticker on the windshield wasn’t replaced with a new one. I watch my mileage based on what’s noted on the sticker. More

The dealership is in need of a makeover and the lack of shuttle service is a huge inconvenience. More
Had our 2020 sienna towed to Westboro Toyota when it wouldn't start. The service department let us know that in addition to diagnosing and fixing the problem they would repair the open recall while the wouldn't start. Turned out that the problem was the recalled fuel pump and that solved the problem (and cost us nothing). That never happens! Grateful that we chose to have it towed to Westboro Toyota and not a small local repair shop for that reason! More
