I was disappointed that the prior time I was there they sold me a prepaid maintenance and the first time I used the program all I needed was a tire rotation. I believe I got scammed on that. I am extremely happy with the customer service. I was given an estimate over the phone which I had agreed to, but they wanted to see the car before ordering the part. To my surprise, they told me that I didn’t need to order anything and they could fix the car. I am very pleased with the workers’ honesty. I am a woman who knows nothing about cars. They could have taken advantage of me and made me pay for things I didn’t need. I am a client for life now! More
