Very sneaky and dishonest. I am disappointed and angry with their service. They told me the problem was spark plugs and four coils, but I had to wait two more days until Friday I am disappointed and angry with their service. I agree to change spark plugs at an extreme price of $2000. They called me on Friday after two days, notifying me that they had changed them, but AFTER THEY CHANGED and took $2000, they saw that the engine was not good and needed replacement. So, why do I need the Spark plugs changed if I have to replace the motor? I would save $2000 and invest that money in the new engine $10000 or the used one for $7000 that has new spark plugs on it. When I took my car, I asked them how long this engine would last, and he said I don't know because we didn't drive your car to test it. So how did they notice that the engine was not good AFTER CHANGING SPARK PLUGS when they didn't test it? Couldn't they see it before, because that is why I went there? Sneaky and dishonest More

Dropped my truck for the 10k mile service. I dropped it at 8:30ish. Told the tech I needed it by 3:30pm because I needed to get to work. I had to call for an update to make sure it was going to be ready when I got there. Arrived at 3:30pm noticed my window was open on the driver side and it was a downpour of rain. I immediately run to my car knowing the keys are left in there to put the window up. Open up the door and it was clearly open for sometime as my entire front area was SOAKED. I walked inside and those they need to get it cleaned up. Juan R was helpful enough to get it to the detail people. He was not my service rep however he was helpful. When my car was done the seats were still soaked I had to sit on a bag so my work pants didn't get wet. I didn't have any more time to wait as at this point it was after 4pm which is when I needed to be at work. I would like a manager or someone of authority to email/ call me back with a solution. This is unacceptable and if I didn't buy the car there and have to go there for service I would never go back. More

I asked for one little favor at my last service. If someone could take a look at the rear tire wall guard that popped out because of baseball hit it, which should be covered under my two year service warranty. When I picked up the car, the service agent told me “oh I forgot”. He then told me that he was going to take a picture. Talk with someone in the shop and call me back. It’s been four days now and I’ve given up. I know you folks are busy but my gosh your customer service is lousy. More
