Jody talked with us several times about the situation with our 2002 Prius, now needing a replacement 12-volt battery in less than 2 years. She was understanding of our concerns (more than DOUBLE the cost with our 2002 Prius, now needing a replacement 12-volt battery in less than 2 years. She was understanding of our concerns (more than DOUBLE the cost of a "normal" battery!) and tried unsuccessfully to get an adjustment. The battery was in stock, and the car was ready the next day. I had a terrible experience at this dealership in the service department and the service manager Alfredo Lopes is an absolute crook who is incredibly condescending. The dealership called me to ask if I service department and the service manager Alfredo Lopes is an absolute crook who is incredibly condescending. The dealership called me to ask if I wanted to come in for service, I told them I had sold my car. The woman then told me that I have prepaid service and that I should com in and fill out the form to get reimbursed for the remainder of the contract and extended warrantee. I recalled that I was able to do this in the past so I went in. When I got there, the service manager and his lackey were rude, tried to gaslight me, and tried to give me the run around saying, I didn't know what I was talking about and that it was a Saturday and he wasn't going to anything. Wow- Just Wow - glad I sold my toyota - at least I don't have to every deal with those idiots again. Alfredo should lose his job - he is a huge jerk. What should have been a simple half hour oil change at the most was over an hour and a half. The staff not that friendly and John in service was very flip when I was questioning why things were missed during the oil change. I had to go back to get the reminder reset on the dashboard that they failed to default back to zero then all of a sudden I'm out of windshield washer fluid! I asked him don't they top it off "Oh yeah I'm sure they did he says but it's it's been over a month since you've been here." I said well I told you I only used my washer fluid four times in 3 months and that's the truth so I said you know what I'm wondering now if they even did the oil change! So I had him check the oil, in front of me, and it was clean thank God! I said don't they top off the other fluids? He said No because they don't want it to spill out. What? So none of the other fluids were checked all?! All in all not worth it. I'm going to go back to my usual Valvoline where they treat me with respect, do an oil change in under 15 minutes and wouldn't dare be rude to me. And John, I love how you say you weren't rude to me when you never let me finish a sentence and you'd walk away when I started talking. Misogynistic or what? Buyer Beware! More
