I had a very simple customization I wanted, to increase the volume of the directional clicking noise. I had two visits and spent hours between researching the problem to find it could be done and trying to communicate this to on-site personnel. I told them how to do it and showed them screenshots and explained it was done in their own Techstream program. First of all only one person had heard of the product and only a few technicians could use it. They wanted to charge me half an hour labor if they could not fix it and an hour labor if they could "find the setting". Foolish me I thought I have to spending 45k on a car they could adjust this setting while I was in for my free one year service. So perhaps it might cost $182, at which point I told them to forget it I could buy an odb2 adapter for $30 on Amazon and change it with the Carista app. I proceeded to do so successfully it took me 5 minutes. More
