During the installation of some additional options (e. g., door sill protectors), they damaged our brand new Sienna, creating a gouge in the body and paint. They promised to return it to new car shape ("as if it never happened") but botched the job and created clearly visible body paint work with poorly blended boundaries, paint that blogged together, and an area that was much larger than necessary. After repeated attempts to resolve the situation amicably with fair compensation for a new car now that has noticeable body work, which lowers the value of the car materially, the manager (Tony) and the sales team (Leo and Jess) all stopped responding to me or picking up my calls. This has been a totally unacceptable experience. More
