I have been going here for 7 years. Usually service takes about the time estimated. This service was supposed to take 90 minutes. After 2 hours I inquired and was told they were running Usually service takes about the time estimated. This service was supposed to take 90 minutes. After 2 hours I inquired and was told they were running behind it would be another 30 minutes. It was another 2 hours before my car was ready. I was offered no compensation for the inconvenience I hope this was an exception ! More
