Virtually every time I book a service appointment for a specific time, I wait to pull into the garage, I wait for a service representative, and I wai Virtually every time I book a service appointment for a specific time, I wait to pull into the garage, I wait for a service representative, and I wait for a representative at one of several service desks. Once seen at the desk, I waited 2 hours in the dealership to have a routine oil change, tire rotation, and air filter replacement. I was quoted a price over the phone as I made the appointment that very same day, and was given a price at the desk which was ten dollars above the quoted price, which I disputed. I will say that the service representative then gave me a 25.00 coupon, which I appreciated, but would not have known about had I not disputed the quote. It is quite frustrating when the cars waiting to be serviced are stacked up like planes waiting for takeoff on a runway! If an appointment is booked, that appointment time should be honored. More
