I was told that oil change + tire rotation service will be done in 1 to 1.5 hour. Upon my request to expedite to do it even earlier. After 1.5 hours, they brought the car in to start the service. Same thing happened last time. Sheepishly, service personnel printed out the paper at 45min stamp but actual service was completed by 2 hours. So there is fallacy in record keeping as well. More

I’ve been considering switching to a different dealership to have my car serviced. The 2 major reasons for not wanting to return to Westboro Toyota are 1) Long wait times. in my experience I wait at least 15 to have my car serviced. The 2 major reasons for not wanting to return to Westboro Toyota are 1) Long wait times. in my experience I wait at least 15-20 minutes for someone to check me in despite having an appointment. And lastly, 2) The employees who check you in are seldomly pleasant. It has made my last few visits highly disappointing. More
