Always told that everything would be properly arrange, but never was. Caught them putting incorrect last name, they said they'd fixed it and printed new documents, loan still has wrong name. Called multiple times about the registration being ready, was never given proper timelines and had to keep calling myself even though I was told I would get a callback on the status in 5 minutes. When we first looked at the car there was an issue with the door and they said they'd fixed it, they did not and we had to stay on top of it. More
