At first things went well, there was clear communication. My car was picked up on time and delivered back on time. I wasn't told when my car would be dropped off. This happened about 3 times. I called Toyota again, was told that she would call Jody and then call me back. She never called me back. You can understand my frustration here. You have my car and are not telling me when I will get it back. You say you will call me back, but you aren't. I shouldn't have to call 8 times to hear this information. God awful communication. More
