During the installation of some additional options (e. g., door sill protectors), they damaged our brand new Sienna, creating a gouge in the body and paint. After repeated attempts to resolve the situation amicably with fair compensation for a new car now that has noticeable body work, which lowers the value of the car materially, the manager (Tony) and the sales team (Leo and Jess) all stopped responding to me or picking up my calls. This has been a totally unacceptable experience. More
