The last couple of times I have brought my car in, there is a long wait to drop it off even with an appointment. After 3 hours, I had to go find Juan to ask what was going on. He said it would be about 10 more minutes and then it took another hour. I asked again and he said it was being 'tagged up' but then I saw someone working on the taillight. I don't understand why what they did took so long and why I had to go find Juan every time to get an update. I understand places are understaffed these days but that is no way to treat a loyal customer. More

I felt Harold just chose not to assist me promptly just because I decided not to do major service that was recommended..
